Composer, arranger, pianist, director and music educator, Daniel García Artés is one of the most versatile professionals on the current music scene.

Passionate about cinema and the audiovisual universe, he writes both soundtracks and symphonic or acoustic arrangements for musicians and bands of national and international stature. With his extensive career, he is a master in orchestrating compositions and arrangements in any genre and style, work that he eventually performs for the Galician Symphony Orchestra, where he combines the role of Director of the Young Choir.

His ability to fuse genres and adapt to a wide variety of formats has led him to collaborate with numerous ensembles and artists, enriching each project with his musical vision.
Since 2004, he has been a member of the Choir of the Galicia Symphony Orchestra (OSG), where he has played a key role as section leader and assistant conductor. In 2014, he took on the role of conductor of the OSG Youth Choir, developing an artistic vision that left a strong imprint on numerous large-scale performances.

His connection with the OSG also includes orchestration and arrangements for high-profile projects such as Disney-themed concerts and a collaboration with Xoel López in 2020.
As a conductor, he has explored other musical languages, founding El Acorde Secreto, an innovative modern music choir that was a finalist on the TV competition Oh Happy Day.
In the field of music education, he leads the Music Classroom at the University of A Coruña (UDC) and has been part of the teaching team at RockSchool Coruña since 2015, where he has fostered music education in a contemporary context.
As a composer, his work spans choral and symphonic music, as well as scoring for film, theater, documentaries, and video games. He has received recognition such as the International Composition Prize for the Azkar Lugo Anthem and the Fernando Remacha Scholarship (Pamplona), and his music continues to resonate on stages, screens, and studios.
